Party Dates for 2026
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party runs on select nights from Sunday, November 8, through Tuesday, December 22, 2026, at Magic Kingdom. It's not offered every night of the season, so check the dates before booking flights or a hotel around the event.
How to Get Tickets
MVMCP requires a separately priced event ticket. You do not need regular daytime park admission or a theme park reservation to enter Magic Kingdom at 4:00 p.m. or later with a valid party ticket. If you plan to enter before 4:00 p.m., regular park admission and a theme park reservation are required.
Tickets are now available, but capacity is limited and popular dates may sell out. Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club Members can receive discounts on select nights.

A Three-Hour Head Start
One of the best perks of a party ticket is early entry. Even though the party officially starts at 7:00 p.m., guests can enter Magic Kingdom as early as 4:00 p.m. — a full three hours before the festivities begin. That means you can knock out a few regular attractions in the daylight, grab dinner, and still have plenty of time to settle in before the parade and fireworks.
Rides with a Holiday Overlay
Several Magic Kingdom attractions receive holiday-themed makeovers during the season:
Park favorites remain open too and may have shorter waits than they do during regular park hours. Available attractions include Pirates of the Caribbean, Big Thunder Mountain Railroad, Haunted Mansion, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin.
Special Character Greetings
MVMCP includes special opportunities to meet Disney characters during the party. If someone is a priority for your group, plan around that greeting because lines can build throughout the evening.

Where to Find Santa
Santa's Christmas Carnival
Head to Santa's Christmas Carnival near Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Barnstormer in Storybook Circus. In addition to meeting Santa, guests can enjoy crafts and other festive activities, making it a fun stop for families with little ones.
The Parade
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade
This parade features gingerbread men, marching toy soldiers, beloved characters in holiday attire, and a Santa send-off at the end. It travels from Frontierland through Liberty Square and ends on Main Street, U.S.A., giving you several viewing locations throughout the park.
The Fireworks Show
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks
This show wraps Cinderella Castle in present-shaped projections set to holiday classics. Main Street is the classic spot to watch, but if you'd rather skip the crowd there, Liberty Square, Fantasyland, and Tomorrowland all have solid sightlines too.
Two separately priced fireworks dessert party options are available: reserved seating at Tomorrowland Terrace and Plaza Garden viewing. A valid MVMCP ticket for the same night is required.
Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration
A Holiday Castle Stage Show
Head to Cinderella Castle for a lively holiday stage show starring Mickey Mouse and friends. The performance combines seasonal music and dancing with appearances by characters such as Daisy Duck, Clarabelle Cow, and Woody.
Frozen Holiday Surprise
A Frozen Wonderland
Cinderella Castle transforms into a frozen wonderland for this show, with Elsa, Anna, Olaf, Kristoff, and the snowgies all making an appearance. If your group wants to dance instead of just watch, there are also DJ dance parties set up around the park throughout the night.

Cookies and festive hot or cold beverages are available at designated locations throughout Magic Kingdom at no additional charge. Check the party map or the My Disney Experience app for participating locations during your visit.
What to Wear
Florida temperatures during the holiday season can vary more than visitors expect. It may be warm enough for short sleeves at 4:00 p.m. and noticeably cooler by the time the fireworks begin. A festive long-sleeve shirt or cozy crewneck is usually the sweet spot: comfortable for walking around all evening and perfect for family photos in front of the castle.
It's also a fun excuse to dress the part. Many guests use MVMCP as their opportunity to wear matching holiday shirts or Christmas-themed, pajama-inspired outfits with the whole family.
