Returns and Refunds
Before beginning production on each product, we carefully ensure that everything is in good quality for printing. If you have a situation where you still need to return your product, please email us at info@thebolddesigner.com so we can assist you.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
All of our items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or provide refunds. Please allow at least 5–10 business days for your order to be printed, with additional time needed for shipping. In general, you can expect your order to arrive within 2–3 weeks from the date it was placed. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policies page.

 

Sizing Issues
Since each item is made specifically to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for wrong sizes, styles, or items ordered. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Our products are created with a unisex fit. If you are unsure about sizing, we always recommend sizing up. The best way to ensure you order the correct size is to measure a shirt you already own and compare it to the sizing chart provided.

Please be aware that size measurements can vary by 1–2 inches, and all manufacturer sizing is approximate. We do our best to include detailed sizing charts on each product listing as well as on our Size Charts page. 

Our primary brands include Bella + Canvas Unisex T-Shirts and Comfort Colors Unisex Shirts, with some designs printed on Gildan and Jerzees products. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us for assistance.

 

Color Variations
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for color variations. Computer and phone screens display colors differently due to varying brightness and settings, and product photos are taken in different lighting conditions. We aim to represent colors as accurately as possible by using manufacturer-provided stock photos and real-life photographs whenever available.

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you must request the cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order. We are unable to accept cancellations once the order has entered the printing process.

 

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, printed incorrectly, or printed on the wrong size or color, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Send an email to info@thebolddesigner.com including your order number, photos of the damaged item, a photo of the shipping label, and a photo showing the condition of the packaging.

Without this information, you will not be eligible for a replacement.

We are happy to replace the item if it is in stock, offer an exchange for an item of equal value, or refund the item amount if necessary. If the item was damaged during shipment, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We have no control over the time it takes for claims to be processed and approved.

 

Delayed or Lost Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for items that arrive late or are lost in the mail. Once your order ships from The Bold Designer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Customers must file any lost or damaged claims directly with the appropriate shipping carrier. Please see our Shipping Policies page for full details.

Clearance Section
All sale items are final sale. Sale or clearance items may not be returned or exchanged.
