Shipping Information
Shipping Times
All items are made to order and typically take approximately 5–10 business days to complete the production process. Production time may vary between 2–8 business days depending on the volume of orders and product availability. During holidays and high-volume seasons, production and shipping times may be extended. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
International Orders
Shipping rates for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout through UPS or USPS.
Need Your Order By a Specific Date?
We highly recommend shopping early to ensure you receive your items on time. If you are up against a deadline, please reach out to us at info@thebolddesigner.com as soon as you place your order. We will be happy to check the status of your order and provide an estimated delivery date once it is in the printing queue.
Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address or update the size of an item, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address prior to completing your purchase. If you supply an incorrect or incomplete address that prevents USPS from delivering your order, we are not liable for replacing the item or covering the cost of reshipping. If an order is returned to our printer, we will reach out with a link to purchase additional shipping so that we can resend your order.
Disney Resort Shipping
We are happy to ship directly to Disney Resorts. To do so, please provide the exact address of the resort, the name your reservation is under, and the dates of your stay. Please note that Disney may charge a fee to receive packages on your behalf.
Disney Resort Local Delivery
We also offer local delivery to Disney Resorts. To arrange this, please share the name of the resort, the name your reservation is under, and the dates of your stay. Disney may charge a package reception fee for local deliveries as well.
Delivery Delays
Shipping delays are possible and may extend delivery up to a week beyond the estimated range provided by your tracking information. Please allow your local USPS office the necessary time to complete delivery before contacting us.
Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delivery errors, packages marked "Delivered" that cannot be found, or orders sent to inaccurate addresses. We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for lost packages. However, if you notice a delay or stalled tracking, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist. Additionally, we recommend contacting your local USPS post office to file a claim and assist in locating your package.
